How to Measure

Step 1: Prep the Card
Hold a standard credit, debit, or ID card. The width of the card is roughly equivalent to a medium-sized lens (approx. 54mm).

Step 2: Position Yourself
Stand in front of a mirror at eye level.

Step 3: Place the Card
Place one edge of the card on the bridge of your nose, ensuring it sits just under your eyebrow and is held straight, not tilted.
